Rachid Gharbi's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Habib Karray read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 13th minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Mohamed Marzouki during the 14th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After having played for 16 minutes, Rachid Gharbi managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Coulsdon's supporters crossed their fingers, but Rachid Gharbi was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Mohamed Bourguiba sent away a hard shot on goal in the 24th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Chaker Mnari sent away a hard shot on goal in the 26th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Mohamed Bourguiba had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 31st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The audience thought a goal was coming when Hassan Jaouachi got free with Habib Karray in the 33rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 34th minute Rachid Gharbi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Habib Karray saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, Richmond's Mohamed Salah Decastel got a free kick in the 35th minute. Mohamed Bourguiba fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 40th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jose Sboui having to interfere. A collision led to Coulsdon getting a freekick after 43 minutes play. Mohamed Jomaa hit a great ball. After 46 played minutes Coulsdon got a freekick which was hit by Rachid Gharbi. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

The audience thought a goal was coming when Mohamed Bourguiba got free with Jose Sboui in the 51st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Hassan Jaouachi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 54th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Habib Karray having to interfere. Habib Karray showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rachid Gharbi in the 59th minute of the match. In the 60th minute, Hassan Jaouachi got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Habib Karray didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when Coulsdon's Rachid Gharbi shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 1-1 in the ordered_time% minute. Hassan Jaouachi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 70th minute. Habib Karray tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Coulsdon's Rachid Gharbi got a good chance for a goal in the 88th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 90 minutes into the match, Richmond's goal looked a bit too open when Hassan Jaouachi came free, but Habib Karray reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
