Spectators: 36 (Terracing: 28, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Wishaw's Marc Coultard started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. 4 minutes into the game, Marc Coultard cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Brandon Cole was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Brandon Cole showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Marc Coultard, who was totally free with the ball in the 7th minute. Ter Brownson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Taylor Frizell in the 9th minute of the match. A collision led to Kelburn United getting a freekick after 24 minutes play. Gareth McKendrick hit a great ball. Iain Mathie hit a great freekick 27 minutes into the match. Alan McRurie fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 30th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Brandon Cole having to interfere. In the 34th minute, Marc Coultard ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Brandon Cole was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. Kelburn United's Brandon Cole played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Marc Coultard in the 37th minute of play. Alan McRurie fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 39th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Brandon Cole having to interfere. Marc Coultard received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 45th minute. Brandon Cole tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Alan McRurie recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 47th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.

Neil Luke sent away a hard shot on goal in the 53rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Taylor Frizell had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 55th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 57 minutes into the match, Taylor Frizell notched a goal, 1-2, to the right of Wishaw's Ter Brownson. Ter Brownson was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 62nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Wishaw's goalkeeper Ter Brownson, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After some fancy dribbling in the 63rd minute, Neil Luke managed to get in a good position for a shot. Kelburn United's supporters rose to their feet, but Neil Luke was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ter Brownson breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 67th minute Neil Luke shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ter Brownson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 69th minute, Alan McRurie fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Brandon Cole, passed just outside the right post. Ter Brownson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Neil Luke, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Neil Luke took the ball and in the 78 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Ter Brownson. Ter Brownson dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-2. Neil Luke sent away a hard shot on goal in the 85th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Taylor Frizell might have been able to make a better finish in the 88th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Ter Brownson. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Taylor Frizell ran back to his position shaking his head. Alan McRurie fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 95th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Brandon Cole having to interfere. The Wishaw players were the happier at the end of the match as they had prevented Kelburn United from taking control. The game ends in a draw.
