Spectators: 35 (Terracing: 27, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Forsinard United's Darius Forrest played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Duncan Richardson in the 3rd minute of play. After a rather tough play, Forsinard United's Wayne McIver got a free kick in the 3rd minute. Ben Garrow sent away a hard shot on goal in the 7th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 16th minute, Duncan Richardson left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Halkirk AFC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. Lucas Young received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 19th minute. Darius Forrest tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Lucas Young had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 23rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 25 played minutes Forsinard United got a freekick which was hit by Walter Thomson. Duncan Richardson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 27th minute. Darius Forrest tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Darius Forrest made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Duncan Richardson in the 30th minute of play. Harry Wharrie showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Darius McClymont in the 38th minute of the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ben Garrow got free with Harry Wharrie in the 39th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Duncan Richardson in the 40th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Darius Forrest prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Ben Garrow could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 47th minute of the match, but Harry Wharrie made a huge save.

Darius McClymont fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 54th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Harry Wharrie having to interfere. Lucas Young sent away a hard shot on goal in the 56th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Everyone was convinced a goal was close when Halkirk AFC's Duncan Richardson in the 59th minute lifted the ball towards the upper right corner, but Darius Forrest was perfectly placed and prevented a goal for Forsinard United through an amazing save. In the 65thth minute of the game Duncan Richardson who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Forsinard United's Darius Forrest was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Halkirk AFC's Euan Porter shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 67th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Darius Forrest but with some difficulty. Duncan Richardson struck a weak shot in the 71st minute. Darius Forrest didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Halkirk AFC. Darius McClymont sent away a hard shot on goal in the 78th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Darius McClymont in the 84th minute of play forced Halkirk AFC's goalkeeper Harry Wharrie to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The Forsinard United supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Halkirk AFC's performance. The match ended with a win for Halkirk AFC.
