Spectators: 36 (Terracing: 28, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Malcolm McQuire made the kick off and thus started the match. Johnny Linklater received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 3rd minute. George Cobb tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Charlie Thomson during the 5th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 5 played minutes Perth Punks got a freekick which was hit by Charlie Thomson. George Cobb stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Malcolm McQuire's shot from short distance in the 7th minute. After 8 minutes, Edmond McRaith mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Perth Punks and the Brunswick Rovers players grew even worse after the yellow card. 9 minutes into the match, Malcolm McQuire had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of George Cobb. Perth Punks's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Malcolm McQuire was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. Logan Buchanan's late challenge caught a Perth Punks's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Logan Buchanan helped the player get up and apologised. Timmy McHendrie, 15 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. 17 minutes into the game, Perth Punks's Nicol McGorrie nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Aidan Cochrane made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. 35 minutes into the match, Perth Punks's goal looked a bit too open when Malcolm McQuire came free, but George Cobb reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Johnny Linklater could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 37th minute of the match, but George Cobb made a huge save. With his leg George Cobb managed to avoid a goal in the 42ndth minute, when Brunswick Rovers's Johnny Linklater fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. In the 47th minute, Malcolm McQuire got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal.

53 minutes into the match, Brunswick Rovers's goal looked a bit too open when Nicol McGorrie came free, but Aidan Cochrane reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Timmy McHendrie kicked well hit freekick during the 58th minute of the match. 59 minutes into the match, Perth Punks's goal looked a bit too open when Malcolm McQuire came free, but George Cobb reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to Perth Punks getting a freekick after 61 minutes play. Timmy McHendrie hit a great ball. When Malcolm McQuire came up free with the goalie in the 62nd minute, the Brunswick Rovers fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Malcolm McQuire couldn't finish the play. Nicol McGorrie fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 65th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Aidan Cochrane having to interfere. If Malcolm McQuire had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 67th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Perth Punks's George Cobb played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Johnny Linklater in the 76th minute of play. A collision led to Perth Punks getting a freekick after 76 minutes play. Jake Will hit a great ball. Alex Fish came free with the goalkeeper in the 85th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Aidan Cochrane could save by the left post. After some careless play in the Perth Punks defense, Johnny Linklater kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of George Cobb. The Perth Punks fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that George Cobb should have stopped the shot. In the 94th match minute, Brunswick Rovers was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Logan Buchanan to maneuver through the defense. For all the effort they put into the match, the Perth Punks players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Brunswick Rovers.
