The tension between the Garve and the Lochailort players grew even worse after the yellow card. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Alexander Malcolm showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. In the 27th minute, Garve's Liam McCluskie dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-1. Rob Limont sent away a hard shot on goal in the 36th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Alexander Malcolm showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Liam McCluskie in the 37th minute of the match. Garve's Benjamin McNab played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bradley Knox in the 43rd minute of play. Garve's Liam McCluskie got a good chance for a goal in the 45th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Liam McCluskie to make the kick off. Paddy Vass was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 58th minute. Lochailort's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. Lochailort's Paddy Vass got a good chance for a goal in the 60th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 70 played minutes Paddy Vass rounded Garve's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 1-2. In the 74th minute, Calum Forrest hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 82ndth minute of the game Paddy Vass who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Garve's Benjamin McNab was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Rob Limont's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Alexander Malcolm read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 86th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gavin McKelloch in the 88th minute of play forced Lochailort's goalkeeper Alexander Malcolm to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 90th minute, Rob Limont left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Garve fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-2. After some fancy dribbling in the 94th minute, Rob Limont managed to get in a good position for a shot. Garve's supporters rose to their feet, but Rob Limont was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Alexander Malcolm breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 96 minutes into the game, Rob Limont cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-2. Alexander Malcolm was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Garve's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
