Spectators: 43 (Terracing: 33, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Samuel McElfrish kicked off to start the match. Keith Appleby hit a great freekick 3 minutes into the match. After a rather tough play, No Pants FC's Jimmy Storie got a free kick in the 7th minute. In the 8th minute, Ken Barbor hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 13 minutes, Jimmy Storie mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the No Pants FC and the grangemouth players grew even worse after the yellow card. Jimmy Storie kicked well hit freekick during the 13th minute of the match. Roddie Niven kicked well hit freekick during the 17th minute of the match. Ron McGrath showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Emilio Petricca in the 20th minute of the match. In the 22nd minute Ken Barbor shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ron McGrath saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ronan Mathie charged in rather forcefully in the 26th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Ronan Mathie the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Edmond Niven received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 30th minute. Ron McGrath tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After taking down the ball on No Pants FC's corner Roddie Niven fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Pitt Frøne quite easily take care of the ball. No Pants FC's Ronan Mathie got a good chance for a goal in the 42nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 46th minute Edmond Niven shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ron McGrath saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Emilio Petricca was the one to do the kick off. Benito Martínez received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 52nd minute. Ron McGrath tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 53 minutes into the game, Keith Appleby was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. No Pants FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave grangemouth the free kick. Emilio Petricca could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 92nd minute of the match, but Ron McGrath made a huge save. After 95 played minutes No Pants FC got a freekick which was hit by Stephen Dinnes.
