Spectators: 43 (Terracing: 33, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) ARBROATH FC's Ian McCabe proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 6th minute of the match, managed to save ARBROATH FC from getting a goal against them. 6 minutes into the game, Samuel McElfrish recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Ian McCabe. Samuel McElfrish showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-0. Archie Morris kicked well hit freekick during the 13th minute of the match. Samuel McElfrish was extremely unlucky when he, in the 18th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. Keith Appleby received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 19th minute. Ian McCabe tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a rather tough play, No Pants FC's Roddie Niven got a free kick in the 24th minute. With 27 minutes on the clock, Lloyd Dowe commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. In a very dangerous position, a player in ARBROATH FC fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 26th minute. Penalty! When the match had been going on for 29 minutes, No Pants FC's Roddie Niven got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Ian McCabe. When Samuel McElfrish came up free with the goalie in the 34th minute, the No Pants FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Samuel McElfrish couldn't finish the play. In the 35th minute, Ronan Mathie hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-0.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Davie McCaig to strike the kick off in the second half. Archie Morris took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 54th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Ian McCabe. ARBROATH FC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Ian McCabe showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Samuel McElfrish in the 55th minute of the match. In the 55th minute, Ross Kendrick hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Samuel McElfrish in the 57th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ian McCabe prevented the ball from getting in the gole. If Jimmy Storie had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 65th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. ARBROATH FC's Ian McCabe played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Samuel McElfrish in the 68th minute of play. Nicol Fish made in the 72nd minute of the game a quick throw-in and Derek McMillan immediately put the ball in play. 79 minutes into the game, Stephen Dinnes was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. No Pants FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave ARBROATH FC the free kick. After a rather tough play, No Pants FC's Stephen Dinnes got a free kick in the 79th minute. After recieving a nice pass, ARBROATH FC's Kevin Greusach tried to score from far away in the 81st minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. In the 87th minute, Nicol Fish hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. ARBROATH FC's Ian McCabe played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jimmy Storie in the 89th minute of play. Ian McCabe took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ronan Mathie, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, ARBROATH FC's Oliver Borthwick got a free kick in the 94th minute.
