Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Jaime Viana kicked off to start the match. A collision led to Cidadelha FC getting a freekick after 4 minutes play. David Dantas hit a great ball. After 9 played minutes SC Tesido got a freekick which was hit by Adelino Lima. In the 11th minute Lucas Borges shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Viriato Carvalho saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 13 minutes into the match, Cidadelha FC's goal looked a bit too open when Carlos Sá came free, but Nuno Fontes reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Hélder Matos could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 14th minute of the match, but Viriato Carvalho made a huge save. In the 16th minute the ball was on its way in behind Cidadelha FC's goalkeeper Nuno Fontes, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 22nd minute there was a penalty for Cidadelha FC. David Dantas stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Viriato Carvalho. 1-0. Hélder Matos could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 25th minute of the match, but Viriato Carvalho made a huge save. Adelino Lima hit a great freekick 25 minutes into the match. Hélder Matos might have been able to make a better finish in the 28th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Viriato Carvalho. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Hélder Matos ran back to his position shaking his head. Jaime Viana fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 30th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Viriato Carvalho having to interfere. The audience thought a goal was coming when Hélder Matos got free with Viriato Carvalho in the 31st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After a rather tough play, SC Tesido's José Almeida got a free kick in the 32nd minute. If Hélder Matos had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 38th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Hélder Matos came up free with the goalie in the 41st minute, the Cidadelha FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Hélder Matos couldn't finish the play. Jaime Viana recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 43rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Carlos Sá to make the kick off. Nuno Rodrigues hit a great freekick 53 minutes into the match. If Carlos Sá had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 54th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Hélder Matos received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 58th minute. Viriato Carvalho tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Jaime Viana recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 63rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The supporters of SC Tesido booed when Cidadelha FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 69 match minutes in a wonderful position. Lucas Borges didn't get a good kick on the ball. Carlos Sá sent away a hard shot on goal in the 75th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a rather tough play, Cidadelha FC's Pedro Pires got a free kick in the 76th minute. In the 81st minute, Carlos Sá fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Nuno Fontes, passed just outside the right post. After a rather tough play, Cidadelha FC's Afonso Leal got a free kick in the 83rd minute. After 87 minutes, Nuno Rodrigues mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Cidadelha FC and the SC Tesido players grew even worse after the yellow card. Nuno Rodrigues hit a great freekick 87 minutes into the match. Cidadelha FC's Nuno Fontes proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 96th minute of the match, managed to save Cidadelha FC from getting a goal against them. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
