Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Emanuel Setúbal took the kick off in the first half of the match. In the 11th match minute, Vilaninho was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Lucas Azevedo to maneuver through the defense. 12 minutes into the game, Bernardo Reis was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Vilaninho's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave SC Carvalhelhos the free kick. Bernardo Reis hit a great freekick 12 minutes into the match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Emanuel Marques during the 17th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, SC Carvalhelhos's Emanuel Marques got a free kick in the 17th minute. Carlos Morais's late challenge caught a Vilaninho's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Carlos Morais helped the player get up and apologised. 18 minutes into the game, one of SC Carvalhelhos:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. The referee gave Vilaninho a penalty, 20 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Gonçalo Baptista, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of SC Carvalhelhos's Alexandre Mendes. 0-1. SC Carvalhelhos's Emanuel Setúbal got a good chance for a goal in the 23rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When Carlos Gaspar fell near the penalty area in the 27th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored SC Carvalhelhos's protests and gave Carlos Gaspar a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, SC Carvalhelhos's Carlos Gaspar got a free kick in the 27th minute. Bernardo Reis fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 29th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alexandre Mendes having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in SC Carvalhelhos's zone, Paulo Freitas stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Alexandre Mendes came out of the goal and Paulo Freitas tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Vilaninho's defense didn't have a chance, in the 34th minute, when Emanuel Setúbal scored to the left of an out of position Vítor Ramos, making the score, 1-1. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Bernardo Reis stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Vítor Ramos showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Nuno Tavares, who was totally free with the ball in the 53rd minute. In the 58th minute of the match João Barbosa shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Vítor Ramos showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. 60 minutes into the game, Paulo Freitas cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-2. Alexandre Mendes was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Bernardo Reis recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 65th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. SC Carvalhelhos's Alexandre Mendes played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bernardo Reis in the 67th minute of play. Paulo Freitas fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 68th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alexandre Mendes having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bernardo Reis in the 70th minute of play forced SC Carvalhelhos's goalkeeper Alexandre Mendes to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. João Barbosa kicked well hit freekick during the 72nd minute of the match. A hard shot 74 in the game by Paulo Freitas from a close distance when the talented Alexandre Mendes managed to make a qualified save. SC Carvalhelhos's players were relieved. Paulo Freitas's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 76thth minute, Alexandre Mendes skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Nuno Tavares in the 77th minute of play forced Vilaninho's goalkeeper Vítor Ramos to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Emanuel Marques was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 80 minutes had been played. Emanuel Marques kicked well hit freekick during the 80th minute of the match. Nuno Tavares blasted a shot towards the goal in the 84th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Vítor Ramos having to make a save. 86 minutes into the match, SC Carvalhelhos's goal looked a bit too open when Bernardo Reis came free, but Alexandre Mendes reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Bernardo Reis fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 95th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alexandre Mendes having to interfere. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Vilaninho walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
