Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Diogo Rocha made the kick off which started today's match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Jorge Gonçalves during the 2nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, Terronhas's Jorge Gonçalves got a free kick in the 3rd minute. A collision led to Terronhas getting a freekick after 6 minutes play. Manuel Antunes hit a great ball. In the 15th minute of the match, Eusébio Santos got a very nice opportunity to score, but Américo Antunes was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. 16 minutes had been played when some careless play by Terronhas's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Augusto Macedo was slow to take the kick. During this time SC Enejas's players had a chance to rest. Diogo Rocha sent away a hard shot on goal in the 19th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Terronhas's Rui Rodrigues got a good chance for a goal in the 25th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Terronhas's Jorge Gonçalves pulled a muscle in his leg after 28 minutes and couldn't finish the game. After 28 minutes, Sebastião Barbosa mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the SC Enejas and the Terronhas players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to SC Enejas getting a freekick after 29 minutes play. Sebastião Barbosa hit a great ball. 31 minutes into the match, SC Enejas's Eusébio Santos sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Américo Antunes narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The audience thought a goal was coming when Eusébio Santos got free with Américo Antunes in the 36th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 37 played minutes Terronhas got a freekick which was hit by Manuel Antunes. Américo Antunes showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alexandre Cunha, who was totally free with the ball in the 40th minute. Sebastião Barbosa might have been able to make a better finish in the 43rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Américo Antunes. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Sebastião Barbosa ran back to his position shaking his head. A hard shot 45 in the game by Eusébio Santos from a close distance when the talented Américo Antunes managed to make a qualified save. Terronhas's players were relieved. If Diogo Rocha had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 47th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Alexandre Cunha was the one to do the kick off. In the 55th minute the ball was on its way in behind Terronhas's goalkeeper Américo Antunes, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After a rather tough play, SC Enejas's Augusto Macedo got a free kick in the 60th minute. After having played for 62 minutes, Rui Rodrigues managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Terronhas's supporters crossed their fingers, but Rui Rodrigues was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Eusébio Santos sent away a hard shot on goal in the 65th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Eusébio Santos in the 67th minute of play forced Terronhas's goalkeeper Américo Antunes to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a little luck, SC Enejas's Pedro Carvalho got control of the ball when Rui Rodrigues tried to sneak it across the goal line. The supporters of Terronhas booed when SC Enejas was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 85 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sebastião Barbosa didn't get a good kick on the ball. 88 minutes into the match, SC Enejas's goalkeeper Pedro Carvalho had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Rui Rodrigues. Eusébio Santos took the ball and in the 90 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Américo Antunes. Américo Antunes dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. Rui Rodrigues recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 95th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Terronhas's supporters were dissatisfied at the end of the match because SC Enejas had won, even though Terronhas had held more of the ball.
