Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Nuno Pinto showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Diamantino Mendes, who was totally free with the ball in the 3rd minute. Bento Faro's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Júlio Andrade read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 5th minute of play. After 12 played minutes Mancebas got a freekick which was hit by Gonçalo Amaro. After some fancy dribbling in the 14th minute, Bento Faro managed to get in a good position for a shot. SC Tabuas's supporters rose to their feet, but Bento Faro was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Júlio Andrade breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Paulo Sá had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 16th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Basílio Almeida fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 18th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nuno Pinto having to interfere. 23 minutes into the game, Basílio Almeida cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-0. Nuno Pinto was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. When Paulo Sá fell near the penalty area in the 26th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored SC Tabuas's protests and gave Paulo Sá a yellow card for diving instead. Mancebas's Júlio Andrade played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bento Faro in the 30th minute of play. Paulo Sá spun around in front of the goal 32 minutes in the game, and got away a shot that, to his disappointment, went to the left of Mancebas's goal. 34 minutes into the match, Mancebas's goal looked a bit too open when Paulo Sá came free, but Júlio Andrade reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Through an outstanding action, after 36 minutes, Nuno Pinto successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. In the 40th minute, Basílio Almeida hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

In the 53rd minute, Luís Reis hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After some fancy dribbling in the 55th minute, Diamantino Mendes managed to get in a good position for a shot. Mancebas's supporters rose to their feet, but Diamantino Mendes was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Nuno Pinto stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Diamantino Mendes's shot from short distance in the 60th minute. 69 minutes into the game, Diamantino Mendes cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-0. Nuno Pinto was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Paulo Sá scored 2-1 in the 74th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Júlio Andrade, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Diamantino Mendes sent away a hard shot on goal in the 77th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 80th minute, Amadeu Ramos got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Basílio Almeida scored 3-1 in the 87th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Nuno Pinto, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Diamantino Mendes recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 95th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal.
