Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Botica's José Correia started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. 5 minutes into the game, Sérgio Pereira was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Botica's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Rapada the free kick. Sérgio Pereira hit a great freekick 5 minutes into the match. José Correia hit a great freekick 13 minutes into the match. Emílio Neves took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 21st minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Manuel Paredes. Rapada's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Diamantino Fernandes in the 25th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Rodrigo Ferreira prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After having played for 27 minutes, Carlos Gomes managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Rapada's supporters crossed their fingers, but Carlos Gomes was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Carlos Gomes received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 28th minute. Rodrigo Ferreira tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A hard shot 31 in the game by Armindo Leite from a close distance when the talented Manuel Paredes managed to make a qualified save. Rapada's players were relieved. Rodrigo Ferreira showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Diamantino Fernandes in the 32nd minute of the match. José Correia recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 35th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 37th minute Diamantino Fernandes shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rodrigo Ferreira saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Carlos Gomes sent away a hard shot on goal in the 38th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 41st minute Diamantino Fernandes shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rodrigo Ferreira saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Diamantino Fernandes was the one to do the kick off. After a defensive mix-up in Botica's zone, Diamantino Fernandes stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Rodrigo Ferreira came out of the goal and Diamantino Fernandes tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Diamantino Fernandes recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 71st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When Armindo Leite came up free with the goalie in the 74th minute, the Botica fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Armindo Leite couldn't finish the play. Carlos Gomes fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 78th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rodrigo Ferreira having to interfere. Emílio Neves hit a great freekick 83 minutes into the match. In the 85th minute Diamantino Fernandes shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rodrigo Ferreira saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Rodrigo Ferreira came out of the goal in the 89th minute to try and stop a shot by Rapada's Carlos Gomes. But to his dismay, Carlos Gomes quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Diamantino Fernandes in the 93rd minute of play forced Botica's goalkeeper Rodrigo Ferreira to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.
