Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Nuno Vale started the match with the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by José Correia in the 3rd minute of play forced SC Padescas's goalkeeper João Barros to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Rodrigo Ferreira made a fantastic save in the 6th minute, when Cláudio Borges sent off a good shot on target. If Nuno Vale had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 8th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 14th minute, Duarte Figueiredo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Cláudio Borges's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Rodrigo Ferreira read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 20th minute of play. In the 22nd match minute, SC Padescas was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Emílio Macedo to maneuver through the defense. Cláudio Borges received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 27th minute. Rodrigo Ferreira tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Duarte Figueiredo charged in rather forcefully in the 29th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Duarte Figueiredo the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 30th minute, Duarte Figueiredo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Emílio Macedo kicked well hit freekick during the 31st minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by José Correia in the 34th minute of play forced SC Padescas's goalkeeper João Barros to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, SC Padescas's Gustavo Pinheiro got a free kick in the 34th minute. After a defensive mix-up in SC Padescas's zone, Armindo Leite stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. João Barros came out of the goal and Armindo Leite tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Armindo Leite received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 38th minute. João Barros tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Armindo Leite had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. José Correia sent away a hard shot on goal in the 43rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Rodrigo Ferreira was out of position in the 46 minute of play, and Nuno Vale capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Nuno Vale really showed his touch with that goal: 1-1. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. José Correia was the one to do the kick off. Duarte Figueiredo's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Rodrigo Ferreira read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 53rd minute of play. 57 minutes into the game, José Correia lined in a short shot 1-2 behind a frustrated João Barros. Nuno Vale fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 61st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rodrigo Ferreira having to interfere. Botica's Rodrigo Ferreira played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cláudio Borges in the 62nd minute of play. Cláudio Borges sent away a hard shot on goal in the 64th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When SC Padescas's Nuno Vale in the 67th minute got a chance for a shot 67th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Botica's goalie prevented a goal. 68 minutes into the match, Botica's goal looked a bit too open when Cláudio Borges came free, but Rodrigo Ferreira reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 69th match minute, Botica was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Manuel Barbosa to maneuver through the defense. In the 73rd minute José Correia shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but João Barros saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When the match had gone on for 74 minutes, José Correia took a quick shot and it went in 1-3 without a chance for João Barros to make any attempt to save it. José Correia received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 91st minute. João Barros tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 92 played minutes SC Padescas got a freekick which was hit by Gustavo Pinheiro. When the final whistle went the supporters of Botica were delighted that their team had defeated the much more dominant SC Padescas side.
