Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Cristóvão Freitas got the match started through his kick off. The supporters of Videmonte FC booed when Numao FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 5 match minutes in a wonderful position. Nuno Reis didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 6th minute, Luís Costa sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Numao FC's Diogo Silva didn't even have to move. In the 8th minute, Paulo Carneiro hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 10th match minute, Numao FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by André Gonçalves to maneuver through the defense. In the 11th minute of the match Luís Costa sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Diogo Silva skillfully saved the ball. Cristóvão Freitas fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 12th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Manuel Resende having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rui Cardoso in the 16th minute of play forced Numao FC's goalkeeper Diogo Silva to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Diogo Silva showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tiago Assunção in the 17th minute of the match. In the 18th minute of the match, Cristóvão Freitas tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Manuel Resende saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Tiago Assunção sent away a hard shot on goal in the 20th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. When Nuno Reis fell near the penalty area in the 21st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Numao FC's protests and gave Nuno Reis a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Numao FC's Nuno Reis got a free kick in the 21st minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tiago Assunção in the 22nd minute of play forced Numao FC's goalkeeper Diogo Silva to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 24th match minute, Numao FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cristiano Brito to maneuver through the defense. If Júlio Araújo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 29th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 32 minutes into the match, Numao FC's goal looked a bit too open when Rui Cardoso came free, but Diogo Silva reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 39thth minute of the game Cristóvão Freitas who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Videmonte FC's Manuel Resende was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After 42 played minutes Videmonte FC got a freekick which was hit by Luís Costa. After having played for 43 minutes, Óscar Fonseca managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Numao FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Óscar Fonseca was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Rui Cardoso stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Rui Cardoso struck a weak shot in the 53rd minute. Diogo Silva didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Videmonte FC. In the 55th minute of the match, Rui Cardoso tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Diogo Silva saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. André Gonçalves kicked well hit freekick during the 56th minute of the match. After some careless play in the Videmonte FC defense, Cristóvão Freitas kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Manuel Resende. The Videmonte FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Manuel Resende should have stopped the shot. Diogo Silva made an important save on a dangerous shot by Tiago Assunção in the 66th minute. In the 68th match minute, Numao FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by André Gonçalves to maneuver through the defense. If Rui Cardoso had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 70th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Paulo Carneiro's late challenge caught a Videmonte FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Rui Cardoso in the 78th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Diogo Silva prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Tiago Assunção recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 79th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Júlio Araújo struck a weak shot in the 84th minute. Manuel Resende didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Numao FC. Videmonte FC's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
