Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Filipe Martins made the kick off which started today's match. Júlio Ribeiro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tiago Assunção in the 3rd minute of the match. Manuel Resende made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Filipe Martins in the 5th minute of play. Tiago Assunção blasted a shot towards the goal in the 8th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Júlio Ribeiro having to make a save. Senhorin's Júlio Ribeiro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rui Cardoso in the 15th minute of play. Tiago Assunção received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 24th minute. Júlio Ribeiro tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Filipe Martins struck a weak shot in the 29th minute. Manuel Resende didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Senhorin. After 36 minutes, Henrique Ramos mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Videmonte FC and the Senhorin players grew even worse after the yellow card. Senhorin's Cristiano Morais got a good chance for a goal in the 40th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 42nd minute of the match, Filipe Martins tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Manuel Resende saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. In the 43rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Videmonte FC's goalkeeper Manuel Resende, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Senhorin's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Vítor Morais in the 46th minute. A well-hit corner resulted in Cristiano Correia heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Rui Cardoso to make the kick off. Bento Vaz hit a great freekick 52 minutes into the match. In the 61st minute, Bernardo Paiva hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 65th minute, Rui Cardoso fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Júlio Ribeiro, passed just outside the right post. The supporters of Videmonte FC booed when Senhorin was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 81 match minutes in a wonderful position. Vítor Morais didn't get a good kick on the ball. Rui Cardoso sent away a hard shot on goal in the 89th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Júlio Ribeiro made a fantastic save in the 91st minute, when Tiago Assunção sent off a good shot on target. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rui Cardoso in the 95th minute of play forced Senhorin's goalkeeper Júlio Ribeiro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Senhorin's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
