Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Mário Machado started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. In the 6th minute the ball was on its way in behind Sistelo FC's goalkeeper Tomás Azevedo, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 10th minute, Emanuel Cabral hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Gil Macedo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 15th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Mário Machado had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 17th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gil Macedo in the 19th minute of play forced Sistelo FC's goalkeeper Tomás Azevedo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 21stth minute of the game Fábio Jesus who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Sistelo FC's Tomás Azevedo was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After having played for 29 minutes, Mário Machado managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Sistelo FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Mário Machado was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The supporters of Sistelo FC booed when Beira was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 31 match minutes in a wonderful position. José Carneiro didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 32 played minutes, Sistelo FC's Afonso Tavares shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Fábio Amorim came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Sistelo FC reached it. After 33 minutes, Afonso Tavares mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Sistelo FC and the Beira players grew even worse after the yellow card. Gil Macedo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 40th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Fábio Amorim stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Mário Machado's shot from short distance in the 44th minute. Tomás Azevedo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gil Macedo, who was totally free with the ball in the 45th minute. Fábio Amorim took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mário Machado, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

Fábio Jesus sent away a hard shot on goal in the 51st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Amadeu Mendes sent away a hard shot on goal in the 58th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 66 minutes into the game, Fábio Jesus recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Tomás Azevedo. Fábio Jesus showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-1. Fernando Monteiro fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 71st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tomás Azevedo having to interfere. Gil Macedo's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 79thth minute, Tomás Azevedo skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. 81 minutes into the match, Beira's goal looked a bit too open when Mário Machado came free, but Fábio Amorim reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Rui Barbosa was shown his second yellow card after 82 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. In the 83rd minute, Rui Barbosa hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Amadeu Mendes received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 86th minute. Fábio Amorim tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 88th minute Mário Machado shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fábio Amorim saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, Beira's Emanuel Cabral got a free kick in the 89th minute. In the 92nd minute of the match Sistelo FC got a corner. Beira's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Afonso Tavares ran over to the corner to take the kick. Amadeu Mendes received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 95th minute. Fábio Amorim tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The Beira players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
