Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Cedais FC's José Neves started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After some fancy dribbling in the 6th minute, Emílio Garcia managed to get in a good position for a shot. Cedais FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Emílio Garcia was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Bruno Teixeira breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When Mosqueiro FC's Vítor Vale in the 8th minute got a chance for a shot 8th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Cedais FC's goalie prevented a goal. A collision led to Cedais FC getting a freekick after 10 minutes play. António Teixeira hit a great ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 13th minute, Vítor Vale managed to get in a good position for a shot. Mosqueiro FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Vítor Vale was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. João Cunha breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Bruno Teixeira showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from José Neves, who was totally free with the ball in the 20th minute. After some careless play in the Mosqueiro FC defense, Emílio Garcia kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Bruno Teixeira. The Mosqueiro FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Bruno Teixeira should have stopped the shot. A collision led to Cedais FC getting a freekick after 26 minutes play. Adelino Amaral hit a great ball. João Cunha showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Emanuel Trindade in the 28th minute of the match. After 34 minutes Mosqueiro FC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Rodrigo Aguiar who took care of the corner kick. Gabriel Rocha tried in the 34th minute to hit away a contribution but miss-kicked the ball which ended up in his own goal and left an unhappy Bruno Teixeira a with quite unnecessary self made goal. Result 2-0. In the 40th minute, Gabriel Rocha hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Emílio Garcia sent away a hard shot on goal in the 45th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Vítor Vale stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. When Emanuel Trindade came up free with the goalie in the 56th minute, the Mosqueiro FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Emanuel Trindade couldn't finish the play. Bruno Teixeira took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Emílio Garcia, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. José Neves received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 60th minute. Bruno Teixeira tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Emílio Garcia in the 62nd minute of play forced Mosqueiro FC's goalkeeper Bruno Teixeira to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 63 minutes into the game, José Neves cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-0. Bruno Teixeira was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 67th minute, Vítor Vale got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Emanuel Trindade had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 68th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Cristiano Sousa received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 71st minute. João Cunha tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. José Neves might have been able to make a better finish in the 77th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Bruno Teixeira. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. José Neves ran back to his position shaking his head. Mosqueiro FC's Bruno Teixeira played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by José Neves in the 80th minute of play. If José Neves had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 82nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. José Neves recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 85th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. João Cunha made an important save on a dangerous shot by Emanuel Trindade in the 89th minute. Bruno Teixeira took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from José Neves, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Cedais FC had won after a very even match.
