Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Vítor Vale started the match with the kick off. Emanuel Trindade received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 5th minute. Tiago Amaral tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A collision led to Chavelho FC getting a freekick after 6 minutes play. Fernando Anjos hit a great ball. Tiago Amaral stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Vítor Vale's shot from short distance in the 9th minute. Tiago Amaral took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Emanuel Trindade, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Hélder Pinto hit a great freekick 16 minutes into the match. Fernando Anjos succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 1-0 in the 22nd playminute. António Veiga recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 26th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 27th minute, Américo Alves hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Vítor Vale recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 34th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 38th minute Mosqueiro FC were awarded a corner. Jacinto Luz went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner led to Mosqueiro FC's Lúcio Morais getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. In the 40th match minute, Chavelho FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Hélder Pinto to maneuver through the defense. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for António Veiga to strike the kick off in the second half. If Vítor Vale had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 52nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 57 minutes into the game, Henrique Lopes was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Chavelho FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Mosqueiro FC the free kick. In the 57th minute, Henrique Lopes hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The audience was convinced that Vítor Vale's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Tiago Amaral was relentless in the 61st minute of the game. In the 65th minute, Emanuel Trindade ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Tiago Amaral was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. 73 minutes into the match, Mosqueiro FC's goal looked a bit too open when António Veiga came free, but Bruno Teixeira reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Chavelho FC's zone, Cristiano Sousa stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Tiago Amaral came out of the goal and Cristiano Sousa tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 77th minute, Vítor Vale got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 78th match minute, Chavelho FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Duarte Brás to maneuver through the defense. Bruno Teixeira showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from António Veiga, who was totally free with the ball in the 83rd minute. Mosqueiro FC's Bruno Teixeira played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Duarte Brás in the 91st minute of play. 92 minutes into the match, Fernando Anjos notched a goal, 2-1, to the right of Mosqueiro FC's Bruno Teixeira. Bruno Teixeira was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. For all the effort they put into the match, the Mosqueiro FC players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Chavelho FC.
