The audience was convinced that Cristiano Costa's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Gil Moreira was relentless in the 12th minute of the game. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

Gaspar Dantas was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. SC Boco's Vasco Amaral got his second yellow card of the match in the 73rd minute. The referee ordered Vasco Amaral off the ground. The supporters of SC Fadagosa booed when SC Boco was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 74 match minutes in a wonderful position. Vasco Amaral didn't get a good kick on the ball. SC Boco were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of SC Fadagosa for a fine match.
