After 23 played minutes Gafete FC got a freekick which was hit by Delfim Setúbal. Paulo Borges stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Miguel Torres's shot from short distance in the 29th minute. The supporters of Gafete FC booed when SC Rosario was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 29 match minutes in a wonderful position. Lucas Ferreira didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Delfim Setúbal was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 35 minutes had been played. After some fancy dribbling in the 44th minute, Delfim Lima managed to get in a good position for a shot. SC Rosario's supporters rose to their feet, but Delfim Lima was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Artur Luz breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When Delfim Lima came up free with the goalie in the 55th minute, the SC Rosario fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Delfim Lima couldn't finish the play. In the 56th minute Jorge Matias shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Artur Luz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The Gafete FC players were the happier at the end of the match as they had prevented SC Rosario from taking control. The game ends in a draw.
