Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) SC Alportel's Jaime Fonseca started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Milhundos FC's Cláudio Pinto played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jaime Fonseca in the 3rd minute of play. Rui Assis kicked well hit freekick during the 10th minute of the match. When SC Alportel's Lourenço Leal, in the 11th minute, received a pass right in front of the net, it looked like a certain goal, but his shot went outside. A wasted opportunity for SC Alportel. Jaime Fonseca received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 13th minute. Cláudio Pinto tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 18thth minute of the game Lourenço Leal who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Milhundos FC's Cláudio Pinto was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. António Rocha was out of position in the 19 minute of play, and Joaquim Figueiredo capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Joaquim Figueiredo really showed his touch with that goal: 1-0. When André Vaz fell near the penalty area in the 25th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored SC Alportel's protests and gave André Vaz a yellow card for diving instead. André Vaz kicked well hit freekick during the 25th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Joaquim Figueiredo in the 26th minute of play forced SC Alportel's goalkeeper António Rocha to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jaime Fonseca received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 28th minute. Cláudio Pinto tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Vasco Aleixo fell near the penalty area in the 29th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. Cláudio Pinto showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jaime Fonseca in the 31st minute of the match. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Jaime Fonseca couldn't finish the play. Lourenço Leal fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 62nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cláudio Pinto having to interfere. Filipe Matos hit a great freekick 63 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jaime Fonseca in the 66th minute of play forced Milhundos FC's goalkeeper Cláudio Pinto to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Lourenço Leal recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 67th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. João Carneiro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 72nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. João Carneiro received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 73rd minute. António Rocha tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Joaquim Figueiredo struck a weak shot in the 75th minute. António Rocha didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Milhundos FC. Lourenço Leal could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 78th minute of the match, but Cláudio Pinto made a huge save. In the 78th match minute, Milhundos FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gabriel Matos to maneuver through the defense. Cláudio Pinto showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jaime Fonseca, who was totally free with the ball in the 80th minute. If Lourenço Leal had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 81st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
