Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Júlio Leiria kicked off to start the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rogério Branco in the 6th minute of play forced Leirados FC's goalkeeper Heitor Barros to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Sandro Leal recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 8th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Heitor Barros showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rogério Branco, who was totally free with the ball in the 11th minute. António Teixeira received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 16th minute. Heitor Barros tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Nuno Lima succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 1-0 in the 19th playminute. It was a penalty for Brasil FC! Mário Cruz had in the 28thth minute some difficulties stopping Tomás Vaz's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his right side, but he still managed to hold the ball 2-0 came in the 28th minute when Tomás Vaz all by himself managed to get straight through the defense and place the ball into the net to the right of Mário Cruz. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Júlio Leiria in the 34th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Mário Cruz prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Júlio Leiria received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 43rd minute. Mário Cruz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Rogério Branco to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Leirados FC's goalkeeper Heitor Barros, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After a defensive mix-up in Brasil FC's zone, Júlio Leiria stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Mário Cruz came out of the goal and Júlio Leiria tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 63rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Brasil FC's goalkeeper Mário Cruz, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. If Nuno Lima had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 69th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After a defensive mix-up in Leirados FC's zone, Sebastião Coelho stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Heitor Barros came out of the goal and Sebastião Coelho tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 76 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Leirados FC! The referee gave Brasil FC a penalty, 78 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Luís Leal, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Leirados FC's Heitor Barros. 2-1. Sandro Leal kicked well hit freekick during the 80th minute of the match. In the 82nd match minute, Brasil FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sandro Leal to maneuver through the defense. Nuno Lima blasted a shot towards the goal in the 85th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Mário Cruz having to make a save. In the 97th minute, Júlio Leiria left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Leirados FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-1. For all the effort they put into the match, the Brasil FC players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Leirados FC.
