Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Júlio Leiria got the match started through his kick off. In the 6thth minute of the game Júlio Leiria who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but SC Machado's André Viegas was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Leirados FC's Nuno Lima got a good chance for a goal in the 9th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. André Viegas showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Júlio Leiria, who was totally free with the ball in the 10th minute. Nuno Lima struck a weak shot in the 10th minute. André Viegas didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Leirados FC. Júlio Leiria charged in rather forcefully in the 12th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Júlio Leiria the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Pedro Maia had several of the Leirados FC's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 15 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 1-0 score and a disappointed Heitor Barros as he didn't even see the shot coming. A collision led to SC Machado getting a freekick after 21 minutes play. Nuno Aguiar hit a great ball. Paulo Lopes charged in rather forcefully in the 31st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. In the 45th minute, Nuno Valente ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Heitor Barros was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The wind increased when Pedro Maia made the kick off in the second half. André Viegas took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cristóvão Santos, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. SC Machado's Nuno Valente got a good chance for a goal in the 64th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After some fancy dribbling in the 66th minute, Nuno Valente managed to get in a good position for a shot. SC Machado's supporters rose to their feet, but Nuno Valente was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Heitor Barros breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 73 played minutes, Leirados FC's Armindo Ramos shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper André Viegas came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Leirados FC reached it. Leirados FC's Júlio Leiria got a good chance for a goal in the 75th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Heitor Barros made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Pedro Maia in the 81st minute of play.
