Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Nuno Trindade kicked off to start the match. After 3 played minutes Cojo got a freekick which was hit by Humberto Setúbal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Vítor Teixeira in the 9th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Afonso Moutinho prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The supporters of SC Louzoes booed when Cojo was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 10 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cristóvão Barbosa didn't get a good kick on the ball. Vítor Garcia made an important save on a dangerous shot by Eduardo Paredes in the 14th minute. Eduardo Paredes sent away a hard shot on goal in the 19th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Fernando Aguiar had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 20th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Cojo's Afonso Moutinho played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nuno Trindade in the 23rd minute of play. Sandro Brito was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 26th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. In the 32nd minute Nuno Trindade shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Afonso Moutinho saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Fernando Aguiar fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 33rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Vítor Garcia having to interfere. Vítor Teixeira recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 36th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Nuno Trindade fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 49th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Afonso Moutinho having to interfere. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The wind increased when Fernando Aguiar made the kick off in the second half. The supporters of Cojo booed when SC Louzoes was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 52 match minutes in a wonderful position. Xavier Teixeira didn't get a good kick on the ball. Nuno Trindade's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Afonso Moutinho read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 55th minute of play. Xavier Teixeira's late challenge caught a Cojo's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Xavier Teixeira helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, SC Louzoes's Xavier Teixeira got a free kick in the 56th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Nuno Trindade in the 67th minute of play forced Cojo's goalkeeper Afonso Moutinho to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. SC Louzoes's Vítor Garcia played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fernando Aguiar in the 70th minute of play. 73 minutes into the game, one of SC Louzoes:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Cojo's Eduardo Paredes got a good chance for a goal in the 79th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Fernando Aguiar had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 82nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Afonso Moutinho made an important save on a dangerous shot by Vítor Teixeira in the 86th minute. When Vítor Teixeira came up free with the goalie in the 88th minute, the SC Louzoes fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Vítor Teixeira couldn't finish the play. 98 minutes into the game, Xavier Teixeira cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-2. Afonso Moutinho was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The Cojo supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching SC Louzoes's performance. The match ended with a win for SC Louzoes.
