Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Simão Monteiro took the kick off in the first half of the match. After having played for 3 minutes, Simão Monteiro managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Naves FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Simão Monteiro was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 6th minute, Jorge Moura managed to get in a good position for a shot. Tacoes's supporters rose to their feet, but Jorge Moura was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jacinto Carneiro breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Jorge Moura sent away a hard shot on goal in the 8th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After 11 minutes of play, Naves FC's Simão Monteiro made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. João Nascimento was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 19th minute, Simão Monteiro made a precise shot to the right of João Nascimento. Tacoes's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. 22 minutes in the game, Jorge Moura fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Jacinto Carneiro having to interfere. After 25 minutes, Jorge Viegas made it 1-2 with a short kick to the right side. Naves FC's Jacinto Carneiro tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jorge Moura in the 33rd minute of play forced Naves FC's goalkeeper Jacinto Carneiro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jacinto Carneiro made a fantastic save in the 35th minute, when Jorge Viegas sent off a good shot on target. Jorge Viegas could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 36th minute of the match, but Jacinto Carneiro made a huge save. Jorge Barbosa's late challenge caught a Naves FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Jorge Barbosa helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Tacoes's Jorge Barbosa got a free kick in the 38th minute. Simão Monteiro fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 39th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without João Nascimento having to interfere. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Cristiano Barros in the 41st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck João Nascimento prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 46th minute the ball was on its way in behind Naves FC's goalkeeper Jacinto Carneiro, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. If Jorge Moura had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 48th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The Tacoes players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Naves FC were winning 1-2.

The wind increased when Jorge Moura made the kick off in the second half. João Nascimento made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Simão Monteiro in the 53rd minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 56th minute, Jorge Moura managed to get in a good position for a shot. After a rather tough play, Tacoes's Daniel Gomes got a free kick in the 66th minute. Simão Monteiro received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 67th minute. João Nascimento tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Amílcar Esteves received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 69th minute. Carlos Ferreira kicked well hit freekick during the 80th minute of the match. Amílcar Esteves charged in rather forcefully in the 84th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Amílcar Esteves the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 84 played minutes Naves FC got a freekick which was hit by Amílcar Esteves. After 88 played minutes Tacoes got a freekick which was hit by Jorge Moura. João Nascimento showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Simão Monteiro, who was totally free with the ball in the 90th minute. After a rather tough play, Tacoes's Jorge Moura got a free kick in the 90th minute. When Naves FC's Simão Monteiro in the 94th minute got a chance for a shot 94th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Tacoes's goalie prevented a goal. João Nascimento was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 96th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Carlos Ferreira. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Naves FC eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
