Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Albertino Machado got the match started through his kick off. In the 2nd match minute, Balouta was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by André Gueifão to maneuver through the defense. Bento Trindade charged in rather forcefully in the 4th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Bento Trindade the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Bento Trindade hit a great freekick 4 minutes into the match. If Albertino Machado had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 6th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Bento Vieira showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from David Tavares in the 14th minute of the match. Joaquim Dantas stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Bento Trindade's shot from short distance in the 16th minute. Vítor Freitas's late challenge caught a SC Cando's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Vítor Freitas helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Balouta getting a freekick after 17 minutes play. Vítor Freitas hit a great ball. Sebastião Veiga, 18 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. The supporters of SC Cando booed when Balouta was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 19 match minutes in a wonderful position. Armindo Mota didn't get a good kick on the ball. Albertino Machado received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 20th minute. Bento Vieira tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Bento Trindade's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Joaquim Dantas read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 22nd minute of play. David Tavares took the ball and in the 24 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Bento Vieira. Bento Vieira dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Bento Vieira made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Albertino Machado in the 27th minute of play. David Tavares received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 29th minute. Bento Vieira tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If David Tavares had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 34th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Balouta's Bento Vieira played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by David Tavares in the 36th minute of play.

The wind increased when Bento Trindade made the kick off in the second half. The supporters of SC Cando booed when Balouta was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 53 match minutes in a wonderful position. André Gueifão didn't get a good kick on the ball. Bento Trindade fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 64th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Joaquim Dantas having to interfere. Bento Trindade received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 67th minute. Joaquim Dantas tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 69 minutes into the match, SC Cando's goal looked a bit too open when Bento Trindade came free, but Joaquim Dantas reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After having played for 74 minutes, Armindo Mota managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Balouta's supporters crossed their fingers, but Armindo Mota was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Vítor Freitas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 77th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 80 minutes, Bento Trindade made it 2-1 with a short kick to the right side. SC Cando's Joaquim Dantas tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. After a rather tough play, Balouta's Rogério Miranda got a free kick in the 83rd minute. In the 84th minute, Albertino Machado reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Bento Vieira. The goal made the score 2-2. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bento Trindade in the 87th minute of play forced SC Cando's goalkeeper Joaquim Dantas to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Bento Trindade fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 93rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Joaquim Dantas having to interfere. A collision led to Balouta getting a freekick after 96 minutes play. Vítor Freitas hit a great ball. The teams fought very hard right up to the final whistle. Both sets of players were happy to go away with a draw.
