Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Albertino Machado made the kick off which started today's match. Inácio Domingues was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 6th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. After 10 minutes, José Aguiar mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the SC Cumieira and the SC Cando players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of SC Cando booed when SC Cumieira was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 10 match minutes in a wonderful position. José Aguiar didn't get a good kick on the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Albertino Machado in the 12th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Pedro Paredes saved SC Cumieira from getting behind. Albertino Machado sent away a hard shot on goal in the 18th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After having played for 20 minutes, Adelino Pinho managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. SC Cumieira's supporters crossed their fingers, but Adelino Pinho was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Pedro Paredes made an important save on a dangerous shot by David Tavares in the 23rd minute. Adelino Pinho fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 33rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Joaquim Dantas having to interfere. In the 35th minute the ball was on its way in behind SC Cando's goalkeeper Joaquim Dantas, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Pedro Paredes took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alexandre Anjos, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Joaquim Dantas came out of the goal in the 40th minute to try and stop a shot by SC Cumieira's José Aguiar. But to his dismay, José Aguiar quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. 45 minutes into the match, Álvaro Miranda notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of SC Cando's Joaquim Dantas. Joaquim Dantas was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Álvaro Miranda to make the kick off. 53 minutes into the match, Albertino Machado notched a goal, 1-2, to the right of SC Cumieira's Pedro Paredes. Pedro Paredes was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. If Álvaro Miranda had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 62nd minute.
