Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) SC Donoes's Diamantino Veiga started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 6th minute the ball was on its way in behind Cadimas's goalkeeper Sérgio Miranda, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. SC Donoes's Bruno Resende played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Manuel Vale in the 10th minute of play. 15 minutes into the match, SC Donoes's goal looked a bit too open when Manuel Vale came free, but Bruno Resende reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Vicente Setúbal's late challenge caught a Cadimas's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Vicente Setúbal helped the player get up and apologised. Júlio Brito charged in rather forcefully in the 19th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Júlio Brito the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 23rd minute, Diamantino Veiga got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Manuel Vale received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 31st minute. Bruno Resende tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Sérgio Miranda showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Diamantino Veiga in the 37th minute of the match. If Alberto Fernandes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 38th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

Vicente Setúbal was shown his second yellow card after 51 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. SC Donoes's Bruno Resende played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Manuel Vale in the 53rd minute of play. A collision led to Cadimas getting a freekick after 54 minutes play. Gabriel Viana hit a great ball. Alberto Fernandes received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 55th minute. Sérgio Miranda tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Alberto Fernandes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 56th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. SC Donoes's Bruno Resende proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 59th minute of the match, managed to save SC Donoes from getting a goal against them. When Alberto Fernandes came up free with the goalie in the 61st minute, the SC Donoes fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Alberto Fernandes couldn't finish the play. After a defensive mix-up in SC Donoes's zone, Gabriel Viana stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Bruno Resende came out of the goal and Gabriel Viana tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Manuel Vale's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Bruno Resende read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 65th minute of play. Alberto Fernandes fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 80th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sérgio Miranda having to interfere. Sérgio Miranda took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alberto Fernandes, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Gabriel Viana recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 84th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Diamantino Veiga fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 91st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sérgio Miranda having to interfere. 95 minutes into the game, Diamantino Veiga was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. SC Donoes's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Cadimas the free kick. Cadimas's Adelino Coimbra couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 96th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for SC Donoes. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Cadimas had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
