Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) In the 2nd minute, Basílio Moreira hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a defensive mix-up in Tougues FC's zone, Armindo Trindade stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Inácio Maia came out of the goal and Armindo Trindade tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Armindo Trindade recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 16th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 18th minute Gustavo Matos shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Inácio Maia saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Filipe Fonseca came up free with the goalie in the 19th minute, the SC Lajens fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Filipe Fonseca couldn't finish the play. If Fernando Faria had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 24th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 27th match minute, Tougues FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mário Matos to maneuver through the defense. Mário Resende made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hélder Neto in the 29th minute of play. The supporters of Tougues FC booed when SC Lajens was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 30 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gustavo Matos didn't get a good kick on the ball. Armindo Trindade blasted a shot towards the goal in the 33rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Inácio Maia having to make a save. SC Lajens's Mário Resende played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hélder Neto in the 36th minute of play. Filipe Fonseca scored 1-0 in the 38th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Inácio Maia, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot.

The wind increased when Armindo Trindade made the kick off in the second half. Inácio Maia showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Filipe Fonseca in the 51st minute of the match. In the 53rd minute, Filipe Fonseca left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The SC Lajens fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-0. 59 minutes into the match, Filipe Fonseca had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Inácio Maia. Tougues FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Filipe Fonseca was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-0. Sérgio Faro recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 66th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Mário Matos had several of the SC Lajens's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 77 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 3-1 score and a disappointed Mário Resende as he didn't even see the shot coming. Gustavo Matos fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 83rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Inácio Maia having to interfere. Filipe Fonseca struck a weak shot in the 93rd minute. Inácio Maia didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for SC Lajens. Inácio Maia took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Armindo Trindade, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The SC Lajens fans cheered their team off the field, for while Tougues FC had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
