Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Joaquim Jesus took the kick off in the first half of the match. In the 5th minute, Hugo Paredes got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. João Santarém charged in rather forcefully in the 8th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed João Santarém the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of SC Benfarras booed when SC Sitio was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 8 match minutes in a wonderful position. João Santarém didn't get a good kick on the ball. Fernando Carneiro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Hugo Paredes, who was totally free with the ball in the 18th minute. David Henriques recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 19th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Cândido Martins might have been able to make a better finish in the 26th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Tomás Magalhães. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Cândido Martins ran back to his position shaking his head. The crowd rose to their feet as David Henriques kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Tomás Magalhães. That made the score 1-0 in the 28 minute of play. Henrique Aguiar fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 33rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fernando Carneiro having to interfere. When Joaquim Jesus came up free with the goalie in the 36th minute, the SC Benfarras fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Joaquim Jesus couldn't finish the play. 37 minutes into the game, Tiago Silva was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. SC Sitio's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave SC Benfarras the free kick. Tiago Silva kicked well hit freekick during the 37th minute of the match. Fernando Carneiro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Joaquim Jesus in the 38th minute of the match. If Hugo Paredes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a defensive mix-up in SC Benfarras's zone, David Henriques stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Tomás Magalhães came out of the goal and David Henriques tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. David Henriques was the one to do the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cândido Martins in the 54th minute of play forced SC Benfarras's goalkeeper Tomás Magalhães to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Tomás Magalhães showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cândido Martins, who was totally free with the ball in the 56th minute. SC Benfarras's Joaquim Jesus got a good chance for a goal in the 61st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by David Henriques in the 64th minute of play forced SC Benfarras's goalkeeper Tomás Magalhães to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Tomás Magalhães took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cândido Martins, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Cândido Martins fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 69th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tomás Magalhães having to interfere. Rogério Faria kicked well hit freekick during the 72nd minute of the match. David Henriques fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 73rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tomás Magalhães having to interfere. Eusébio Miranda lost his temper 77 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 76th minute of the game. One of SC Benfarras:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of SC Sitio:s goal. In the 79th minute there was a penalty for SC Sitio. Eusébio Araújo stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Tomás Magalhães. 2-0. In the 86th minute Cândido Martins shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tomás Magalhães saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to SC Benfarras getting a freekick after 86 minutes play. Jaime Borba hit a great ball. Cândido Martins took the ball and in the 89 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Tomás Magalhães. Tomás Magalhães dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-0. Tomás Magalhães showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from David Henriques in the 93rd minute of the match. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The SC Sitio fans cheered their team off the field, for while SC Benfarras had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
