The supporters of Senra FC booed when SC Enxabarda was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 10 match minutes in a wonderful position. Carlos Correia didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a rather tough play, Senra FC's Cândido Cunha got a free kick in the 23rd minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 25th minute, Vítor Branco managed to get in a good position for a shot. SC Enxabarda's supporters rose to their feet, but Vítor Branco was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Rui Matias breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. An unexpectedly hard shot by Vítor Branco in the 43rd minute of play forced Senra FC's goalkeeper Rui Matias to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. SC Enxabarda's Vítor Branco got a good chance for a goal in the 44th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 45 minutes into the game, Jorge Ferro was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. After 52 played minutes Senra FC got a freekick which was hit by António Martins. In the 56th minute Vítor Branco shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rui Matias saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Vítor Branco in the 58th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Rui Matias prevented the ball from getting in the gole. When the match clock showed 61 minutes, the score became 0-1 when Vítor Branco sped through Senra FC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Rui Matias. SC Enxabarda's Simão Pinheiro got a good chance for a goal in the 65th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 78th minute, SC Enxabarda's Carlos Correia dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-2. Carlos Resende's late challenge caught a Senra FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Carlos Resende helped the player get up and apologised. In the 87th minute, Carlos Resende hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Hélder Araújo hit a great freekick 88 minutes into the match. A hard shot 91 in the game by Simão Pinheiro from a close distance when the talented Rui Matias managed to make a qualified save. Senra FC's players were relieved. 93 minutes into the match, SC Enxabarda's goal looked a bit too open when Abel Fonseca came free, but Alexandre Alves reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. SC Enxabarda walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
