Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Luís Anjos during the 6th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Luís Anjos kicked well hit freekick during the 6th minute of the match. Luís Martins recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 7th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Cividade FC's Inácio Cardoso proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 9th minute of the match, managed to save Cividade FC from getting a goal against them. If Jorge Henriques had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 12th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 19th match minute, Cividade FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Luís Anjos to maneuver through the defense. 20 minutes into the match, SC Agucadeira's Adelino Moniz broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. Luís Martins received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 22nd minute. Inácio Cardoso tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Cividade FC's zone, Luís Martins stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Inácio Cardoso came out of the goal and Luís Martins tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 29th minute Eusébio Leal shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bernardo Leiria saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpected shot in the 33rd minute by Hugo Delgado got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Luís Martins's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Inácio Cardoso read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 35th minute of play. After some careless play in the SC Agucadeira defense, Jorge Henriques kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Bernardo Leiria. The SC Agucadeira fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Bernardo Leiria should have stopped the shot. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Jorge Henriques to strike the kick off in the second half. Bernardo Leiria took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jorge Henriques, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Bernardo Leiria made an important save on a dangerous shot by Cândido Miranda in the 62nd minute. Thanks to some nice moves Eusébio Leal could shoot a difficult shot in the 64th minute, which Bernardo Leiria however easily saved by the left post. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by José Santarém during the 67th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. José Santarém hit a great freekick 67 minutes into the match. After having played for 68 minutes, Luís Martins managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. SC Agucadeira's supporters crossed their fingers, but Luís Martins was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Cividade FC's Inácio Cardoso played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hugo Delgado in the 70th minute of play. 75 minutes into the match, Hugo Delgado had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Inácio Cardoso. Cividade FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Hugo Delgado was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-1. Jorge Henriques fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 82nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bernardo Leiria having to interfere. Bernardo Leiria made a fantastic save in the 85th minute, when Eusébio Leal sent off a good shot on target. If Jorge Henriques had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
