Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Domingos Viana made the kick off which started today's match. Júlio Coimbra's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Ricardo Cruz read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 5th minute of play. After 8 played minutes SC Borreco got a freekick which was hit by Cláudio Cunha. Domingos Viana fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 9th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Daniel Leal having to interfere. In the 11th minute Domingos Viana shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Daniel Leal saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Domingos Viana in the 16th minute of play forced SC Borreco's goalkeeper Daniel Leal to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Francisco Aleixo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 17th minute of the match, but Daniel Leal made a huge save. In the 18th minute, Domingos Viana fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. After some fancy dribbling in the 23rd minute, Adolfo Nascimento managed to get in a good position for a shot. SC Borreco's supporters rose to their feet, but Adolfo Nascimento was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ricardo Cruz breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After a rather tough play, Regadas's Carlos Machado got a free kick in the 25th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Regadas's zone, Amadeu Faro stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ricardo Cruz came out of the goal and Amadeu Faro tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 37 minutes into the match, Regadas's goal looked a bit too open when Júlio Coimbra came free, but Ricardo Cruz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 38 minutes into the match, SC Borreco's Amadeu Faro sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Ricardo Cruz narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 40th minute, Amadeu Faro ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Ricardo Cruz was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Domingos Viana fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 43rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Daniel Leal having to interfere. SC Borreco's Daniel Leal proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 45th minute of the match, managed to save SC Borreco from getting a goal against them. The Regadas players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. SC Borreco were winning 0-1.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Amadeu Faro to make the kick off. In the 52nd minute of the match Rafael Henriques sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Daniel Leal skillfully saved the ball. Francisco Aleixo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 54th minute. Daniel Leal tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. SC Borreco's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Regadas the free kick. Domingos Viana sent away a hard shot on goal in the 72nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 75th minute Domingos Viana shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Daniel Leal saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Abel Esteves fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 80th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Daniel Leal having to interfere. 87 minutes in the game, Amadeu Faro fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Ricardo Cruz having to interfere. Domingos Viana received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 92nd minute. Daniel Leal tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Heitor Cardoso in the 96th minute of play forced SC Borreco's goalkeeper Daniel Leal to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. SC Borreco's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
