Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Xavier Cunha got the match started through his kick off. Tomás Moreira received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 2nd minute. Alexandre Gaspar tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Xavier Cunha sent away a hard shot on goal in the 13th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Rui Fontes's late challenge caught a Tomareis FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Rui Fontes helped the player get up and apologised. In the 16th match minute, Perulhal FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rui Fontes to maneuver through the defense. Lucas Andrade didn't quite understand what happened when in the 18 minute of the game managed to get a great opportunity for a goal and then missed the goal by a feet. Xavier Cunha was extremely unlucky when he, in the 20th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. Alexandre Gaspar took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tomás Moreira, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Eusébio Amaral made an important save on a dangerous shot by Nuno Esteves in the 26th minute. Xavier Cunha sent away a hard shot on goal in the 36th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After having played for 39 minutes, Nuno Esteves managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Perulhal FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Nuno Esteves was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 48th minute, Daniel Pinho hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Fernando Fernandes, 49 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Tomás Moreira to make the kick off. Alexandre Gaspar made a fantastic save in the 54th minute, when Lucas Andrade sent off a good shot on target. In the 58th minute the ball was on its way in behind Tomareis FC's goalkeeper Eusébio Amaral, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Tomás Moreira was extremely unlucky when he, in the 60th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. With a little luck, Perulhal FC's Alexandre Gaspar got control of the ball when Álvaro Pires tried to sneak it across the goal line. Perulhal FC's Xavier Cunha got a good chance for a goal in the 62nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 65 played minutes Tomareis FC got a freekick which was hit by Xavier Araújo. In the 68th minute, Nuno Melo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 78 played minutes Tomareis FC got a freekick which was hit by Daniel Pinho. After 87 minutes, Nuno Melo mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Perulhal FC and the Tomareis FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Perulhal FC's Alexandre Gaspar proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 88th minute of the match, managed to save Perulhal FC from getting a goal against them. Álvaro Pires sent away a hard shot on goal in the 90th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 92 minutes into the match, Tomareis FC's goal looked a bit too open when Nuno Esteves came free, but Eusébio Amaral reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Álvaro Pires came up free with the goalie in the 95th minute, the Tomareis FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Álvaro Pires couldn't finish the play. In the 98th minute Xavier Cunha shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Eusébio Amaral saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
