After 2 played minutes Andorinho FC got a freekick which was hit by Vicente Trindade. After a rather tough play, Andorinho FC's Francisco Silva got a free kick in the 9th minute. Delfim Matos made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Daniel Porto in the 12th minute of play. Burnaria FC's Delfim Matos played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bento Esteves in the 15th minute of play. After some careless play in the Burnaria FC defense, Daniel Porto kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Delfim Matos. The Burnaria FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Delfim Matos should have stopped the shot. Bruno Lopes was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 22nd minute. Burnaria FC's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. Daniel Porto fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 26th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Delfim Matos having to interfere. Daniel Porto sent away a hard shot on goal in the 27th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Álvaro Rocha fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 31st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Miguel Amaral having to interfere. Andorinho FC's Miguel Amaral played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bruno Lopes in the 33rd minute of play. Andorinho FC's Miguel Amaral proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 36th minute of the match, managed to save Andorinho FC from getting a goal against them. Bruno Lopes blasted a shot towards the goal in the 39th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Miguel Amaral having to make a save. Bruno Lopes recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 44th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Álvaro Rocha sent away a hard shot on goal in the 46th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Bruno Lopes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 47th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

The wind increased when Bruno Lopes made the kick off in the second half. 52 minutes into the match, Burnaria FC's goalkeeper Delfim Matos had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Vicente Trindade. Bruno Lopes struck a weak shot in the 54th minute. Miguel Amaral didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Burnaria FC. Álvaro Rocha fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 56th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Miguel Amaral having to interfere. Álvaro Rocha blasted a shot towards the goal in the 63rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Miguel Amaral having to make a save. Daniel Porto fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 69th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Delfim Matos having to interfere. In the 73rd minute, Daniel Porto got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 78 played minutes Burnaria FC got a freekick which was hit by Manuel Lisboa. Bruno Lopes fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 84th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Miguel Amaral having to interfere. 93 minutes into the match, Andorinho FC's Daniel Porto sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Delfim Matos narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Andorinho FC's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
