He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Seda reached it. Pedro Pereira showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Paulo Sousa in the 25th minute of the match. In the 28th minute Artur Delgado shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gonçalo Viana saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 29 minutes, Eduardo Sousa mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Seda and the Mascotelos FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. The audience was convinced that Paulo Sousa's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Pedro Pereira was relentless in the 88th minute of the game. With an all-out effort, Seda's Pedro Pereira threw himself towards the right post 97 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Paulo Sousa, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. The second half was just like the first, even and exciting. The match ended in a draw.
