Ricardo Aguiar didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 5 minutes, Vicente Amaral mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Goucha FC and the Tebosa players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Tebosa booed when Goucha FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 5 match minutes in a wonderful position. Vicente Amaral didn't get a good kick on the ball. Daniel Nogueira made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Carlos Magalhães in the 13th minute of play. When Gustavo Alves fell near the penalty area in the 17th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Tebosa's protests and gave Gustavo Alves a yellow card for diving instead. In the 17th match minute, Tebosa was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gustavo Alves to maneuver through the defense. After 19 played minutes Tebosa got a freekick which was hit by Fábio Araújo. In the 20th minute of the match Miguel Amaro shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Viriato Barbosa showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Carlos Magalhães received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 23rd minute. Daniel Nogueira tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Adolfo Martins fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 30th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Daniel Nogueira having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Carlos Magalhães in the 31st minute of play forced Goucha FC's goalkeeper Daniel Nogueira to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Eusébio Simões could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 33rd minute of the match, but Viriato Barbosa made a huge save. If Adolfo Martins had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 35th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Carlos Magalhães's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Daniel Nogueira read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 36th minute of play. Eusébio Simões succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 1-0 in the 39th playminute.

Vicente Amaral hit a great freekick 57 minutes into the match. Carlos Magalhães fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 60th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Daniel Nogueira having to interfere. In the 71st minute, Eusébio Simões got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 74th minute, Eusébio Simões left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Goucha FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-0. Eusébio Simões took the ball and in the 79 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Viriato Barbosa. Viriato Barbosa dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-0. 83 minutes into the match, Tebosa's Carlos Magalhães sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Daniel Nogueira narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Alberto Garcia fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 87th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Viriato Barbosa having to interfere. Viriato Barbosa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alberto Garcia in the 90th minute of the match. Carlos Magalhães fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 95th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Daniel Nogueira having to interfere. Goucha FC were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Tebosa for a fine match.
