Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) 3 minutes into the match, SC Calheiros's goal looked a bit too open when Joaquim Leiria came free, but Eusébio Moutinho reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Albertino Leal sent away a hard shot on goal in the 6th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Emanuel Tavares might have been able to make a better finish in the 9th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Pedro Maia. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. SC Calheiros's Júlio Assunção got a good chance for a goal in the 18th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Eusébio Moutinho stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Joaquim Leiria's shot from short distance in the 21st minute. Eusébio Moutinho showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Albertino Leal, who was totally free with the ball in the 23rd minute. 24 minutes into the match, SC Calheiros's goal looked a bit too open when Joaquim Leiria came free, but Eusébio Moutinho reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 24th minute, Vicente Moutinho hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Eusébio Moutinho made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Albertino Leal in the 25th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Mourlinho FC's zone, Júlio Assunção stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Pedro Maia came out of the goal and Júlio Assunção tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Júlio Assunção received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Pedro Maia came out and tried to block the shot, but Júlio Assunção slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 33rd minute. Eusébio Moutinho made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Joaquim Leiria in the 37th minute of play. Eusébio Moutinho showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Joaquim Leiria in the 39th minute of the match. If Albertino Leal had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 42nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A hard shot 43 in the game by Emanuel Tavares from a close distance when the talented Pedro Maia managed to make a qualified save. Mourlinho FC's players were relieved. If Júlio Assunção had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 47th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

The wind increased when Júlio Assunção made the kick off in the second half. The supporters of SC Calheiros booed when Mourlinho FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 54 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mariano Almeida didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 59th minute of the match, Albertino Leal got a very nice opportunity to score, but Eusébio Moutinho was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Joaquim Leiria recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 60th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When Jorge Santarém fell near the penalty area in the 63rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored SC Calheiros's protests and gave Jorge Santarém a yellow card for diving instead. SC Calheiros's Jorge Santarém got his second yellow card of the match in the 65th minute. The referee ordered Jorge Santarém off the ground. Jorge Santarém kicked well hit freekick during the 65th minute of the match. 68 minutes in the game, Joaquim Leiria fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Eusébio Moutinho having to interfere. After 71 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for SC Calheiros! When the match had been going on for 73 minutes, Mourlinho FC's Fernando Teixeira got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Eusébio Moutinho. Albertino Leal fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 76th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Eusébio Moutinho having to interfere. In a very dangerous position, a player in SC Calheiros fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 78th minute. Penalty! In the 82nd minute, Emanuel Tavares got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. An unexpected shot in the 87th minute by Albertino Leal got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Eusébio Moutinho showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Albertino Leal in the 89th minute of the match. Rogério Matias kicked well hit freekick during the 92nd minute of the match. Joaquim Leiria sent away a hard shot on goal in the 95th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 100th minute, Albertino Leal made a precise shot to the right of Eusébio Moutinho. SC Calheiros's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-3. The SC Calheiros supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Mourlinho FC's performance. The match ended with a win for Mourlinho FC.
