Daniel Faro hit a great freekick 9 minutes into the match. Sandro Amaral's late challenge caught a Vialonga's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Sandro Amaral helped the player get up and apologised. Rogério Rocha kicked well hit freekick during the 13th minute of the match. After having played for 15 minutes, Rogério Rocha managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. SC Alcorochel's supporters crossed their fingers, but Rogério Rocha was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. André Mendes sent away a hard shot on goal in the 19th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. David Moura fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 22nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Armando Miranda having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Paulo Tavares in the 26th minute of play forced SC Alcorochel's goalkeeper Armando Miranda to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Armando Miranda took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from David Moura, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Armando Miranda showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from David Moura, who was totally free with the ball in the 32nd minute. José Limas short, quick shot in the 35thth minute got Carlos Rodrigues to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. In the 43rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Vialonga's goalkeeper Carlos Rodrigues, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Rogério Rocha fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 45th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Carlos Rodrigues having to interfere. In the 46th match minute, Vialonga was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by João Moreira to maneuver through the defense. In the 48th minute, Rogério Rocha fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Carlos Rodrigues, passed just outside the right post. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when David Moura stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Carlos Rodrigues showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rogério Rocha, who was totally free with the ball in the 53rd minute. Tomás Fonseca charged in rather forcefully in the 58th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Tomás Fonseca the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to SC Alcorochel getting a freekick after 59 minutes play. Tomás Fonseca hit a great ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Rogério Rocha in the 66th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Carlos Rodrigues saved Vialonga from getting behind. 72 minutes into the game, David Moura cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Armando Miranda was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Carlos Rodrigues took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from José Lima, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The supporters of SC Alcorochel booed when Vialonga was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 77 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alexandre Veiga didn't get a good kick on the ball. Armando Miranda made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from David Moura in the 80th minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Gonçalo Brás during the 93rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, Vialonga's Gonçalo Brás got a free kick in the 93rd minute. In the 95th minute José Lima shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Carlos Rodrigues saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The Vialonga players were the happier at the end of the match as they had prevented SC Alcorochel from taking control. The game ends in a draw.
