Bruno Pereira took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Heitor Faria, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 4th match minute, SC Nagosela was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fernando Nogueira to maneuver through the defense. After a defensive mix-up in SC Nagosela's zone, Alberto Carneiro stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jorge Aguiar came out of the goal and Alberto Carneiro tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Amílcar Silva's late challenge caught a SC Nagosela's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Amílcar Silva helped the player get up and apologised. Luís Borba took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 16th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Bruno Pereira. Ramiro FC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Paulo Viana sent away a hard shot on goal in the 20th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 22 minutes into the match, SC Nagosela's goalkeeper Jorge Aguiar had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Paulo Viana. Bruno Pereira took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Pedro Moniz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ramiro FC's Bruno Pereira played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Pedro Moniz in the 32nd minute of play. After 35 played minutes SC Nagosela got a freekick which was hit by Jacinto Matos. Bruno Pereira showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Pedro Moniz, who was totally free with the ball in the 39th minute. Pedro Moniz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 41st minute. Bruno Pereira tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Heitor Faria in the 42nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Bruno Pereira saved Ramiro FC from getting behind. After having played for 44 minutes, Pedro Moniz managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. SC Nagosela's supporters crossed their fingers, but Pedro Moniz was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Heitor Faria recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 45th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 47 minutes into the game, SC Nagosela's Heitor Faria nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Bruno Pereira made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1.
When Cláudio Paredes came up free with the goalie in the 54th minute, the Ramiro FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Cláudio Paredes couldn't finish the play. Jorge Aguiar made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cláudio Paredes in the 58th minute of play. When Gabriel Ferro fell near the penalty area in the 59th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored SC Nagosela's protests and gave Gabriel Ferro a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, SC Nagosela's Gabriel Ferro got a free kick in the 59th minute. Cláudio Paredes fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 65th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jorge Aguiar having to interfere. 68 minutes into the match, Ramiro FC's goal looked a bit too open when Heitor Faria came free, but Bruno Pereira reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Cláudio Paredes sent away a hard shot on goal in the 70th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 85th minute, Cláudio Paredes got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 87 minutes into the match, SC Nagosela's Heitor Faria sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Bruno Pereira narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 90th minute the ball was on its way in behind SC Nagosela's goalkeeper Jorge Aguiar, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 92nd minute Paulo Viana shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jorge Aguiar saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 93rd minute, Heitor Faria managed to get in a good position for a shot. SC Nagosela's supporters rose to their feet, but Heitor Faria was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Bruno Pereira breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Pedro Moniz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 96th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bruno Pereira having to interfere. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched SC Nagosela eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
