Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Cristiano Paiva started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Cristiano Paiva might have been able to make a better finish in the 5th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over David Gueifão. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Cristiano Paiva ran back to his position shaking his head. Daniel Pedroso made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Pedro Henriques in the 11th minute of play. In the 12th match minute, Abragao FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Eusébio Nascimento to maneuver through the defense. In the 13th minute, Simão Branco hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Marco Brito was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 14th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. If Pedro Henriques had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 17th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Lúcio Monteiro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 22nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. With his leg David Gueifão managed to avoid a goal in the 24thth minute, when Abragao FC's Lucas Carneiro fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. In the 28th minute Lúcio Monteiro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Daniel Pedroso saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After having played for 30 minutes, Lucas Carneiro managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Abragao FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Lucas Carneiro was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. A collision led to Abragao FC getting a freekick after 31 minutes play. André Rocha hit a great ball. SC Brandiao's Pedro Henriques got a good chance for a goal in the 32nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Daniel Pedroso came out of the goal in the 42nd minute to try and stop a shot by SC Brandiao's Pedro Henriques. But to his dismay, Pedro Henriques quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Lúcio Monteiro made a kick off. In the 57th minute, Lúcio Monteiro got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. A collision led to Abragao FC getting a freekick after 61 minutes play. Humberto Borba hit a great ball. In the 65th minute, Lucas Carneiro got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Daniel Pedroso made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lúcio Monteiro in the 67th minute of play. 67 minutes into the game, SC Brandiao's Lúcio Monteiro nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Daniel Pedroso made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. David Gueifão didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Cristiano Paiva went, in the 74th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-3 was the resulting score. SC Brandiao's David Gueifão played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lucas Carneiro in the 79th minute of play. After 91 played minutes Abragao FC got a freekick which was hit by Simão Branco. SC Brandiao were awarded a corner in the 94th minute after Abragao FC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Marco Brito took the corner. The corner led SC Brandiao's Marco Brito to fire away a dangerous shot which Daniel Pedroso despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. SC Brandiao walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
