The Barco FC players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. SC Guadramil were winning 0-1.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Simão Pires to strike the kick off in the second half. Barco FC's Alexandre Cabral played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by António Leiria in the 75th minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by António Leiria during the 78th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Barco FC booed when SC Guadramil was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 78 match minutes in a wonderful position. António Leiria didn't get a good kick on the ball. 85 minutes into the match, Barco FC's goalkeeper Alexandre Cabral had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by José Soares. José Soares blasted a shot towards the goal in the 88th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Alexandre Cabral having to make a save. Alexandre Cabral showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from António Leiria, who was totally free with the ball in the 90th minute. Lucas Pacheco was shown his second yellow card after 91 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. 93 minutes in the game, the ball went up into the seats when SC Guadramil's José Soares fired away a shot that was just a little bit too high. He walked away shaking his head. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. SC Guadramil had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
