Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Miguel Dias took the kick off in the first half of the match. SC Janelas's Rafael Amaral got a good chance for a goal in the 10th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Alexandre Baptista took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jorge Barros, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Miguel Dias had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 14th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Rafael Amaral got in the 21st a clear chance and fired away a hard shot against goal, but Vasco Vaz handled the situation perfectly and made a save by the crossbar. Alexandre Baptista came out of the goal in the 24th minute to try and stop a shot by Palheirao's Jorge Barros. But to his dismay, Jorge Barros quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. 30 minutes into the game, Palheirao's Miguel Dias nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Alexandre Baptista made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. Rafael Amaral sent away a hard shot on goal in the 33rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a rather tough play, SC Janelas's Emanuel Neves got a free kick in the 36th minute. Palheirao's Paulo Matias couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 37th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for SC Janelas. After the first half Palheirao were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Rafael Amaral stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. If Eusébio Amorim had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 57th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Rafael Amaral fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 59th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Vasco Vaz having to interfere. Vasco Vaz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rafael Amaral, who was totally free with the ball in the 61st minute. A collision led to Palheirao getting a freekick after 64 minutes play. Hugo Campos hit a great ball. Alexandre Baptista made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Miguel Dias in the 67th minute of play. In the 69thth minute of the game Rafael Amaral who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Palheirao's Vasco Vaz was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 71st minute Rafael Amaral shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Vasco Vaz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Palheirao's Vasco Vaz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rafael Amaral in the 72nd minute of play. Eusébio Amorim received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 74th minute. Vasco Vaz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rafael Amaral in the 75th minute of play forced Palheirao's goalkeeper Vasco Vaz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 82 played minutes Miguel Dias rounded SC Janelas's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 0-3. If Miguel Dias had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 89th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Mariano Oliveira charged in rather forcefully in the 95th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Mariano Oliveira the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 95 played minutes Palheirao got a freekick which was hit by Mariano Oliveira.
