In the 4th match minute, SC Serradelo was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Manuel Viegas to maneuver through the defense. Gonçalo Gonçalves could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 5th minute of the match, but Carlos Nunes made a huge save. A collision led to SC Serradelo getting a freekick after 6 minutes play. Tiago Simões hit a great ball. Rodrigo Borba took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Eusébio Matias, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Heitor Rodrigues received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 16th minute. Carlos Nunes tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Eusébio Matias's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Rodrigo Borba read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 26th minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Hélder Dantas during the 27th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of SC Serradelo booed when Lugarinho was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 27 match minutes in a wonderful position. Hélder Dantas didn't get a good kick on the ball. 36 minutes into the match, Lugarinho's goal looked a bit too open when Eusébio Matias came free, but Rodrigo Borba reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a little luck, SC Serradelo's Carlos Nunes got control of the ball when Alexandre Martins tried to sneak it across the goal line. Eusébio Matias received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 42nd minute. Rodrigo Borba tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Manuel Viegas took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 47th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Rodrigo Borba. Lugarinho's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Armindo Gonçalves to strike the kick off in the second half. After some fancy dribbling in the 55th minute, Eusébio Matias managed to get in a good position for a shot. SC Serradelo's supporters rose to their feet, but Eusébio Matias was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Rodrigo Borba breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 57thth minute of the game Vítor Ramos who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Lugarinho's Rodrigo Borba was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Eusébio Matias could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 60th minute of the match, but Rodrigo Borba made a huge save. When Lugarinho's Gonçalo Gonçalves in the 65th minute got a chance for a shot 65th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Armindo Gonçalves fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 71st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Carlos Nunes having to interfere. 73 minutes into the match, Lugarinho's Armindo Gonçalves sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Carlos Nunes narrowly saved just below the crossbar. If Armindo Gonçalves had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 75th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 78th minute Vítor Ramos shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rodrigo Borba saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Eusébio Matias got free with Rodrigo Borba in the 80th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Duarte Aguiar fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 84th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rodrigo Borba having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Lugarinho's Heitor Rodrigues got a free kick in the 85th minute. In the 87th minute, Vítor Ramos got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 88th minute, Heitor Rodrigues hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Lugarinho's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Vítor Ramos 91 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 0-2. Vítor Ramos sent away a hard shot on goal in the 94th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The SC Serradelo players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
