Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Gil Fernandes got the match started through his kick off. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Manuel Santarém during the 5th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, SC Sinagoga's Manuel Santarém got a free kick in the 5th minute. Lourenço Vaz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sandro Leal, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Janelas's Lourenço Vaz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sandro Leal in the 16th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Janelas's zone, Sandro Leal stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Lourenço Vaz came out of the goal and Sandro Leal tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 21st minute, Sandro Leal got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Cristiano Vale hit a great freekick 24 minutes into the match. After a rather tough play, SC Sinagoga's Cristóvão Almeida got a free kick in the 27th minute. After a defensive mix-up in SC Sinagoga's zone, Manuel Santos stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Fernando Martins came out of the goal and Manuel Santos tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Hélder Dias had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Gil Fernandes came up free with the goalie in the 47th minute, the Janelas fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Gil Fernandes couldn't finish the play. After the first half Janelas were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Sandro Leal stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd minute, Gil Fernandes got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 54 minutes into the match, Janelas's Manuel Santos sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Fernando Martins narrowly saved just below the crossbar. When Manuel Santos came up free with the goalie in the 55th minute, the Janelas fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Manuel Santos couldn't finish the play. With a little luck, SC Sinagoga's Fernando Martins got control of the ball when Manuel Santos tried to sneak it across the goal line. If Manuel Santos had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 60th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Lourenço Vaz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sandro Leal in the 68th minute of the match. Sandro Leal sent away a hard shot on goal in the 74th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sandro Leal in the 76th minute of play forced Janelas's goalkeeper Lourenço Vaz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Lourenço Vaz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sandro Leal in the 79th minute of the match. Janelas's Lourenço Vaz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hélder Dias in the 87th minute of play. Sandro Leal fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 88th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lourenço Vaz having to interfere. The Janelas players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
