Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) After a rather tough play, SC Sinagoga's Carlos Anjos got a free kick in the 2nd minute. In the 7th match minute, SC Sinagoga was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ricardo Costa to maneuver through the defense. Rome FC's Augusto Borges played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sandro Leal in the 9th minute of play. Augusto Borges made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sandro Leal in the 15th minute of play. SC Sinagoga's Hélder Dias got a good chance for a goal in the 21st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Fernando Martins made an important save on a dangerous shot by Delfim Melo in the 29th minute. In the 31st minute Manuel Castro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fernando Martins saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Sandro Leal recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 37th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Augusto Borges stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Hélder Dias's shot from short distance in the 40th minute. Hélder Dias kicked well hit freekick during the 42nd minute of the match. With a little luck, SC Sinagoga's Fernando Martins got control of the ball when Manuel Castro tried to sneak it across the goal line. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Sandro Leal to make the kick off. In the 52nd minute, Hélder Dias ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Augusto Borges was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. Fernando Martins came out of the goal in the 56th minute to try and stop a shot by Rome FC's João Almeida. But to his dismay, João Almeida quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. When Delfim Melo came up free with the goalie in the 60th minute, the Rome FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Delfim Melo couldn't finish the play. Manuel Castro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 62nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 65 minutes into the match, Hélder Dias notched a goal, 2-2, to the right of Rome FC's Augusto Borges. Augusto Borges was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Hélder Dias's late challenge caught a Rome FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Hélder Dias helped the player get up and apologised. Hélder Dias kicked well hit freekick during the 73rd minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sandro Leal in the 78th minute of play forced Rome FC's goalkeeper Augusto Borges to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The audience was convinced that Sandro Leal's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Augusto Borges was relentless in the 80th minute of the game. In the 82nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Rome FC's goalkeeper Augusto Borges, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Manuel Castro in the 85th minute of play forced SC Sinagoga's goalkeeper Fernando Martins to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Fernando Martins stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Delfim Melo's shot from short distance in the 87th minute. After 88 played minutes SC Sinagoga got a freekick which was hit by Cristóvão Almeida. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. SC Sinagoga walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
