He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Américo Dantas. Vasco Porto was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 8th minute. SC Trezoi's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. Gaspar Henriques succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 2-0 in the 9th playminute. Américo Dantas stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Gaspar Delgado's shot from short distance in the 17th minute. When Ricardo Mendes fell near the penalty area in the 18th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. In the 44th minute, SC Trezoi's Gaspar Delgado ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Américo Dantas. The SC Trezoi fans cheered their team off the field, for while Cavalo had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
