Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Nuno Martins kicked off to start the match. Padrosouro's Oliveira Amaral played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Delfim Monteiro in the 8th minute of play. The supporters of Padrosouro booed when Bucaco FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 11 match minutes in a wonderful position. Miguel Pinho didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 15th minute Nuno Martins shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Simão Santarém saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 18th minute, André Gomes got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After a defensive mix-up in Bucaco FC's zone, Nuno Martins stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Simão Santarém came out of the goal and Nuno Martins tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Joaquim Mendes charged in rather forcefully in the 26th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Joaquim Mendes the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 26th match minute, Padrosouro was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Joaquim Mendes to maneuver through the defense. The supporters of Padrosouro booed when Bucaco FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 27 match minutes in a wonderful position. Francisco Gomes didn't get a good kick on the ball. Manuel Macedo took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 31st minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Simão Santarém. Bucaco FC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. João Brás charged in rather forcefully in the 35th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed João Brás the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Simão Santarém took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Nuno Martins, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 43rd minute, Joaquim Mendes got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 46 minutes into the match, Bernardo Pacheco had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Oliveira Amaral. Padrosouro's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Bernardo Pacheco was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Delfim Monteiro stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 55th minute, Padrosouro's Nuno Martins dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-1. Bucaco FC's Simão Santarém proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 60th minute of the match, managed to save Bucaco FC from getting a goal against them. Simão Santarém took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Nuno Martins, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Bernardo Pacheco had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 67th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 73rd minute of the match, Joaquim Mendes got a very nice opportunity to score, but Simão Santarém was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. When Gustavo Cardoso fell near the penalty area in the 74th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Bucaco FC's protests and gave Gustavo Cardoso a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Bucaco FC getting a freekick after 74 minutes play. Gustavo Cardoso hit a great ball. Francisco Gomes thought of kicking away a contribution in front of goal but messed it up so badly that the ball went to the right of an astonished Simão Santarém, a very annoying self made goal in the 75th minute which led to 2-2. In the 82nd minute, Nuno Martins fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. After having played for 87 minutes, Delfim Monteiro managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Bucaco FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Delfim Monteiro was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Francisco Gomes during the 96th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Bucaco FC getting a freekick after 96 minutes play. Francisco Gomes hit a great ball. Joaquim Mendes fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 98th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Simão Santarém having to interfere. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Padrosouro had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
