Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Nuno Baptista started the match with the kick off. Nuno Baptista was extremely unlucky when he, in the 5th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. The supporters of Alcabideche booed when Travancinha FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 9 match minutes in a wonderful position. Fernando Mota didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 12th minute Nuno Baptista shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but João Santarém saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Cristiano Campos could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 16th minute of the match, but João Santarém made a huge save. João Santarém showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Nuno Baptista, who was totally free with the ball in the 19th minute. In the 24th minute Fernando Mota shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Henrique Lisboa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Lúcio Pereira fell near the penalty area in the 29th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Travancinha FC's protests and gave Lúcio Pereira a yellow card for diving instead. In the 29th match minute, Travancinha FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Lúcio Pereira to maneuver through the defense. 34 minutes into the game, Emílio Gomes was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Alcabideche's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Travancinha FC the free kick. In the 34th match minute, Alcabideche was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Emílio Gomes to maneuver through the defense. Nuno Baptista received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 42nd minute. João Santarém tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 44 played minutes Travancinha FC got a freekick which was hit by Joaquim Cabral. Henrique Lisboa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Adolfo Fernandes in the 47th minute of play. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

João Santarém showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nuno Baptista in the 51st minute of the match. Nuno Baptista received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 53rd minute. João Santarém tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When the match clock showed 59 minutes, the score became 0-2 when Bruno Pinho sped through Alcabideche's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Henrique Lisboa. After a rather tough play, Alcabideche's Emílio Gomes got a free kick in the 62nd minute. The supporters of Alcabideche booed when Travancinha FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 63 match minutes in a wonderful position. Fernando Mota didn't get a good kick on the ball. Adolfo Fernandes sent away a hard shot on goal in the 66th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Amílcar Figueiredo kicked well hit freekick during the 72nd minute of the match. After recieving a nice pass, Alcabideche's António Domingues tried to score from far away in the 73rd minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Cristiano Campos received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 76th minute. João Santarém tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 80 minutes into the match, Travancinha FC's goal looked a bit too open when Nuno Baptista came free, but João Santarém reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Cristiano Campos had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 84th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Nuno Baptista in the 92nd minute of play forced Travancinha FC's goalkeeper João Santarém to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The Travancinha FC players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
