Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Cândido Lima started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Rui Domingues fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 5th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Inácio Borges having to interfere. A collision led to SC Cuvetas getting a freekick after 8 minutes play. Vasco Fernandes hit a great ball. After a defensive mix-up in SC Cuvetas's zone, António Assis stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Inácio Borges came out of the goal and António Assis tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Domingos Viana received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 24th minute. Cristóvão Azevedo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Carlos Guarda hit a great freekick 38 minutes into the match. In the 42nd minute, SC Cuvetas's Cândido Lima dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-1. António Assis sent away a hard shot on goal in the 47th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell António Assis to make the kick off. Cristóvão Azevedo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cândido Lima, who was totally free with the ball in the 52nd minute. SC Cuvetas's Inácio Borges played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by António Assis in the 63rd minute of play. If António Assis had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 67th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. António Assis sent away a hard shot on goal in the 69th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The supporters of SC Cuvetas booed when Proselo was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 74 match minutes in a wonderful position. Carlos Guarda didn't get a good kick on the ball. Carlos Lisboa missed a clear chance of a goal when in the 76 minute of the game fired away a shot, but unfortunally the ball went out to the Cristóvão Azevedo right hand side. If António Assis had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 78th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 2-1 became the score in the 83rd minute when Cândido Lima elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. After 88 minutes of play, SC Cuvetas's Cândido Lima made it 3-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Cristóvão Azevedo was left in no man's land by his defense there! Rui Domingues received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 96th minute. Inácio Borges tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Many of Proselo's supporters were seen to leave the ground early as it became clear their team was going to lose. Proselo may have spent more time on the ball, but SC Cuvetas were more willing to take their chances and they walked away with the win.
